The Minnesota State Colleges & Universities, Office of the Chancellor is pleased to announce the renewal of the system-wide agreement for Mathematica 7. The system-wide site license for Mathematica was funded by the Office of the Chancellor, through the collaborative efforts of the Academic Affairs and IT Departments. Additional funding was provided by a grant from Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 covering the Community Colleges and Technical Colleges and FTE-based cost shares from the universities.
Licenses are available for full or half-time students for use on their own personal computer. (Win, Mac, or Linux)
The unlimited system-wide site license for Mathematica will facilitate student learning in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics with a cutting-edge computational software engine. Mathematica also has powerful built-in statistics packages providing new solutions for economics, finance, and the social sciences.
