Novell Upgrades Gadget
Novell is pleased to announce that an upgrades gadget (or tool) is now available on the Customer Care portal. This gadget, will provide access for downloading all the Novell products licensed to Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.
Instructions to access the Novell upgrades gadget:
Use an internet browser, such as Netscape
or Internet Explorer, and
browse to www.novell.com/customercare
(Note: The Customer Care splash page can also be located through
the Customer Care menu item available under the Support menu at
www.novell.com
- Log into the Customer Care portal. (If you have not previously
created a login account, it is easy to do so. Please make sure that
when creating your account that you use the same email address as
on the email. Your rights to see the upgrades gadget have been assigned
using this exact email address.)
- You will be taken to the Customer Care portal page and should now be able to see and use the upgrades gadget.
