Time and Leave Reporting

The Time and Leave Reporting application will allow all employees, including faculty, to electronically submit leave requests. Faculty and administrators will also be able to view their leave balances and leave activity. The application was developed with new web technologies and a more efficient use of the database that will allow for future development of mobile delivery.

The rollout schedule for Time and Leave Reporting is being completed in phases. The first phase of the implementation took place on February 12, 2014.  Any leave or overtime requests, as well as any modifications to current requests, will be entered within the Time and Leave Reporting system for all employees except faculty. When you log in on or after February 12, 2014 you will land on the new Time and Leave Reporting page. On this page you will have the ability to manage leave entries, or you may go to the Timesheet link in the top navigation which will then allow you to submit or approve employee timesheets and leave or overtime requests just as you always have. Subsequent phases in March through May will include MSCF and IFO faculty.
