Budget Module
To provide a comprehensive and flexible campus budget modeling tool that addresses staffing, enrolment, revenue, supplies, expenses, equipment and facilities.
To provide OOC access to functions and data so as to produce system-wide information for salary negotiations and Board reporting
Project will design and build a budget modeling facility suitable for both large and small institutions. Some features are:
• Web-based user interface
• Role based security
• Automated calculation and staffing cost
• Support for any number of fiscal years
• Data may be retained and reported indefinitely
• Support for unlimited number of budget scenarios and budget models
• Integration with ISRS finance so budget models can be recorded as the controlling budget
• OOC access to functions and data
• Support for system-wide aggregation of data
• A series of parameter-driven standard reports
