HR: Applicant Tracking
This project seeks to develop or purchase software or services that provide applicant tracking capacity for unclassified positions in MnSCU. This would potentially include the paper flow from requisition to hire, capacity for electronic submission, storage and viewing of applications/resumes/materials, electronic routing and tracking of search committee activity, electronic submission of all forms include AA forms (Affirmative Action) and robust reporting of searches undertaken and completed, as well as candidate activity.
