HR: Support Labor Relations and Web Based Grievance Management System Projects
Labor Relations, in conjunction with their college and university human resource partners, process grievances and arbitrations based on alleged violations of provisions in the parties' collective bargaining agreement with the different unions. If both the OOC Labor Relations and the human resources staff a the campuses used the same case management system, documents would be retrieved and archived digitally. All partied would share data resulting in efficient and effective processing of grievance arbitration system wide.
