Project Scope:
- To document, manage and create a tickler system for grievance/arbitration case management so that the case procedures, timelines and documents can be adhered to, tracked, stored, categorized, and managed in an efficient manner to reduce risk.
- To buy and implement an electronic management system for documents and other information deemed baluable as a tool for Legal analysis on a current matter, Retention of research documents for further use, Management of advice case files, tracking phone and email contacts.
