Metro Alliance Centralized Nursing Admissions Project ( MACNAP)
The Metro Alliance Nursing Project is a collaborative program of the ten metro-area colleges and Metropolitan State University which seeks to increase the number of baccalaureate nurses in the metropolitan area. Its purpose is to develop more cost-effective, seamless pathways from the technical and community colleges to the university in order for students to begin at any level of nursing practice and progress to the baccalaureate or graduate levels. The Metro Alliance Nursing Collaborative has determined that in order to fulfill these goals it must provide a more efficient system for managing student inquiries, applications, admissions and placements in Nursing programs
