Unifier/PMIS Integration with ISRS
The objectives are to:
• Build the interfaces to allow transactions to pass between systems automatically; the desire is to have this interface as real-time
• Build sufficient error processing into each interface so that users do not have to re-key information into one of the systems.
• Build the interfaces during FY2008, so that they are available for testing by December 2007, and in production before the end of FY2008.
The Unifier Implementation project in process between the vendor (Skire) and the Office of the Chancellor Facilities Department will continue to identify the business requirements for each of the interfaces, and will also be implementing Unifier in a standalone mode. This ITS project will do the detailed design, development, testing and documenting of the interfaces and their operations. The two projects will jointly perform integration testing between Unifier and ISRS. ITS will then promote the interfaces into production status.
