ITS Workplan Timeline
Definitions:
Tier 1 - These initiatives are the top priorities for ITS resources.
Tier 2 - These projects will be worked on as Tier 1 projects are completed and/or resources become available.
Tier 3 - Initiatives in this category have been reviewed, but have not yet been prioritized as Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects.
Pending Implementation - Project that are estimated to be closed/completed within the next 30 days.
Minimal IT Resources - Projects which require none or very minimal use of IT resources.
Closed - Projects which have delivered all of the project deliverables to the project owner and project sponsor's approval. All encumbered projects costs have been paid. The project cost center has been closed. The project has been turned over for operational support.
