Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) Information Systems Security Forms

System ITS staff have released the security administration module for ISRS users. This system has replaced the security forms which were used in the past. Presidents at each institution have defined at least one Security Manager for each institution. This person is responsible for assigning rights to act as an Approval Manager, which was formerly referred to as an authorized signer. These new role managers are the on-campus administrators in each respective area who are responsible for granting and revoking roles within ISRS. The Security Managers for each institution are set up by the System Office Security Administrators.
